Fishbowl Briggs & Riley Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Contest") will begin at 12:00:01 AM Coordinated Universal Time (“UTC”) on [January 16, 2023] and end at 11:59:59 PM UTC on [January 31, 2023] ("Contest Period"). Contest is sponsored by Glassdoor, Inc., 300 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, U.S.A. (the "Sponsor") who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Contest. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules ("Rules") and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all legal United States residents, aged 18 or older as of the date of entry. Employees and their families of Sponsor, along with its contractors, affiliates, and subsidiaries, may participate, but are not eligible to win prizes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Participants residing in those areas where the Contest is void may participate in the Contest but cannot win any prizes. Eligible individuals who submit a valid entry by Google form, received by Sponsor before the end of the Contest period, also qualify for this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the contest period, enter by sharing your unique referral link with co-workers or friends not currently registered with a validated Fishbowl account. Each referral must result in a new, validated, Fishbowl account registration on the part of the referee in order to qualify as an entry. Each referral that results in a new validated Fishbowl account registration qualifies as one entry. Validation of the account must have occurred within the Contest Period. Validation occurs via the verification of a work email associated with a corporate domain or through manual verification by the Sponsor. Any delay in the Sponsor manually verifying an account shall not affect the requirement that referral’s new accounts be validated within the Contest Period. There cannot be multiple referrals of the same individual by different entrants: For the unique referral link entry method, the referee must register for a new Fishbowl account through one link only, and the user to whom that unique referral link is associated will receive one entry for that registration. All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible for the Contest. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. There is no limit on entries by one single entrant. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases or multiple email addresses will disqualify entries of that entrant. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.

If an individual does not want to refer co-workers to enter, that individual may enter the Contest by Google Form submission. To do so, enter your first and last name and work email address into the Google Form at the submission link provided here: https://forms.gle/qTv886k9ub5UQFUS7. You will receive one (1) Contest entry for an entry submitted by Google Form. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest. Use of any automated system, script, macro or other means to sign-up or submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of the entrant and entries or sign-ups generated by such means are void. Spamming referral links on social media, forums, or message boards may also result in Sponsor voiding all associated entries.

PRIZES: There will be three (3) Grand Prize winners selected by random drawing at the end of the Contest Period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one of the following prizes; Briggs & Riley Domestic 22" Carry-On Expandable Spinner Hardshell (Black), Briggs & Riley Convertible Briefcase Backpack (Black), Briggs & Riley Medium Size Backpack (Black). No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. All applicable taxes and duties on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Retail value of the Briggs & Riley Domestic 22" Carry-On Expandable Spinner Hardshell: $599. Retail value of the Briggs & Riley Convertible Briefcase Backpack: $319. Retail value of the Briggs & Riley Medium Backpack: $269. Total value of all prizes: $1,187. By accepting the prize, prize winners agree to release Contest Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize awarded. Only the listed prizes will be awarded. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including submissions provided by the participants, for promotional, marketing and any other purpose, including online announcements, unless prohibited by law. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, Winner(s) will be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent, and General Release form as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

Upon prior consent of the winner, Sponsor may use the Content supporting the entry and the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, address (city and state/province), statements and testimonials, in all forms of media that the winner has consented to.

PRIZE DRAWING, ODDS, AND NOTIFICATION: The potential prize Winners will be selected from among eligible entries received during the Contest Period in a series of random drawings conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All entries have the same chance of winning. No one will know who the winner is until after the Contest Period ends. The drawing will take place at Sponsor's office. Potential winners will be initially notified by email within 10 business days of the drawing date and Sponsor reserve the right to determine alternative methods of notification. Winner(s) will be given three (3) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). Sponsor is not responsible if Winners are no longer able to access their work email address due to a change in employment or technical issues. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or telephone, or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within three (3) business days of issuance of notification or if any potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, Sponsor will considered the winner's prize forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries through another random drawing conducted by Sponsor. Sponsor will determine the winner(s) and decisions of the Sponsor are final on all issues relating to this Contest.

CANCELLATION AND DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or corrupts the integrity, administration, security or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be interfering or tampering with the Contest. Any attempt to interfere or tamper with the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor reserves the right to seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for any prize(s) and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

WINNER(S) NOTIFICATION: The winner(s) will be notified within ten (10) business days of selection and determination. Inability to identify or contact any winner(s) may result in the selection of an alternate winner. PERSONAL DATA: When you enter the contest, Sponsor collects, processes and/or uses the email address and name and any other personal information you have provided to verify your entry. When you enter the contest by alternative methods Sponsor may collect, process, store and/or use the following personal data provided by you: name, address, telephone number, email address, city, state or province, and ZIP or postal code. The provision of the respective personal data by you is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide your personal data you may not be able to participate in the contest. Participation in the contest by using pseudonyms is not possible. The collection, processing and/or use of the personal data for entering the contest serves the sole purpose of performing the contest and to enable Sponsor to contact you in case you are chosen as the winner(s) of the prize(s), unless you have acknowledged to the use of your personal data for other purposes (e.g. marketing). If you are selected as a winner, Sponsor may be required by law to disclose your name and state of residence on a winners list and make such a list available to the public. All personal data will be processed subject to the Fishbowl Privacy Policy.

NO WARRANTY: Sponsor makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties, due to reasons not attributable to Sponsor, including but not limited to manufacture defects, model incompatibility, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: No responsibility is assumed by "Releasees", as defined below, and entrants waive all claims, for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or misdirected mailed entries, which will be void, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from completion of the upload or participation in this promotion. Sponsor shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner(s); or (2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are delayed, lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked insufficient postage, damaged, mutilated, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, or for computer or technical error of any kind, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the declared winning entry will be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Contest Sponsor, Releasees, as defined below, and related entities ("Contest Entities") assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Contest Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or uploading or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

BY ENTERING, PARTICIPANTS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSEES, PARENTS, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES ") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. ALL ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE THAT RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURIES, INCLUDING ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION IS THIS CONTEST AND ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S). OTHER: Any issues concerning the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, regardless of any conflict of law provisions of any jurisdiction. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that their relationship with Sponsor and these Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S. regardless of conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that all of these claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts in San Francisco County, California, U.S. and each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify the Rules of the Contest in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
